Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely folded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
